The + Sign next to files on Search and Transfer Screen

If you click the + sign you will get a list of all the users sharing that file, the names may not be an identical match, but all the files are the same. This will allow you to see exactly what is going on. It also will allow you to diagnose problems quicker.

It is also advised that you set default settings for Results Display. Choosing to have results expanded allows you to see what is going on with each individual user you are downloading from or queued on.
