Or the length has become to long once the INCOMPLETE tags were added. Illegal characters in the name of the file can also be an issue. Solution: Change the path for incoming files in preferences if its a length issue. If its a file named in japanese try checking this page for a solution.

ON ALL DOWNLOADING ERRORS, VERIFY THAT THE FILE PROPERTIES ARE NOT READ ONLY. THIS IS COMMON FOR MOVED FILES, AND OTHER EVENTS COULD CAUSE THIS TO HAPPEN.
