Nushichat add-on Speech to Text and Text to Speech

Audio Output: (Only works in NushiChat)
Install Sapi Runtime Biniaries.exe
Install Text-Speech Engine - English.exe
Install Speech Control Panel Icon.exe
Put TalkPlugin.mcp in same directory as MXChat.exe
Turn on NushiChat and enter a room. Speech will start as default.
#TalkCmd SetVoice - Shows the default voice
#TalkCmd Enable - Turns on speech sound
#TalkCmd Disable - Turns off speech sound
Audio Input: (Works in NushiChat and WinMX Chat)
Install Input Speech Agent.exe
The Setup Microphone Wizard will start automatically. Complete it.
Go to the Control Panel and click on the Speech Icon.
Go to the third tab - Other
Click SAPI 4 Control Panel
Highlight Microsoft Speech Recognition Engine - Click Training
Complete the Training Wizard
It is highly recommended that you complete additional training sessions. The more training you do, the better your speech is recognized.
Windows XP:
To turn on the language bar: right click on the Taskbar, go to Toolbars, and click on Language Bar
Click on the Microphone icon to turn on the microphone
To turn on Dictation, click the second icon - Dictation
If you have a mute control on your microphone, make sure it is off.
If everything is working right, you will see a balloon that says 'Listening' on the Language Bar.
If you cannot see the entire language bar and are unable to move it, right click on the taskbar and then on 'Lock the Taskbar'. Then you can move the language bar by dragging it.
In NushiChat place the curser in the box where you normally type, and say something.
You will see a series of … while you are speaking and then your words appear.
For punctuation, you can say Period, Question mark, Comma, Explanation mark, ect.
To enter the text, say Enter.
Remember: The microphone hears everything! To turn it off, click on the microphone icon in the Language Bar.
