WinMX 3.53 includes a Chat Management System.

However some still chose to use RCMS. It is relatively simple to use, and most people have been exposed to it for a long time.

RCMS will only work on Windows 2000 or Windows XP, it will not work on 95/98 or ME.

If you are running a 9x machine and wish to have admin capability on WinMX 3.31 you can run a different program called Kickit. Honestly it is an outdated concept, but for posterity I have continued to include it.
