Peer Networking Protocol Channel Commands
From my perspective, the Chat commands for WinMX 3.53 can be useful, and even helpful. Having said this, for the most part is overkill and appeals to the power absurdity that chat channels lead to in general.
I have tried to break down the commands into a few basic groups. The commands everyone can use and the ones many will have access to. And the levels in which only hosts, and trusted admins will ever need to deal with.
